Venue Hire

The Club is a great venue in a uniquely stunning coastal location for social events like parties, celebrations and weddings and is available for hire to Club members only. The maximum number of guests we are licenced for is 100 people (or 60 seated).

As well as offering a fully stocked and licensed bar with very modest prices, there is a well-equipped kitchen facility also available for use by prior arrangement, as well as an exterior BBQ. The Club has large screen TV’s both inside and out and an audio system including outdoor speakers. You are welcome to decorate the Club as you wish (within reason), as long as all decorations are removed the day following the event.

There are some conditions attached to hireage which are detailed on the application form, including that the Club provides bar staff for the event, and cleaning service following the event. There is a cost incurred for these services, but from past experiences we have found that this is the best way to manage private events and to preserve the Club facilities. A security presence may also be required at the Committee’s discretion for certain events, and will be provided by the Club at hirer’s cost.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURE:
1. Ensure that the Fire Brigade is notified - Dial 111
2. If the order to evacuate is given, leave the premises immediately by the nearest escape route. Move quickly but do not run.
3. Report to the assembly area in front of the Club rooms. Do not return to collect any personal possessions.

The Building Warden is the Duty Bar Manager.
