We hope this message finds you and your family well. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the importance of keeping our kids area at the local boating club clean and tidy.
We understand that children can be messy at times, but we kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring that your children do not leave any rubbish or mess behind when they have finished playing in the kids area. It is important to note that the cleaner’s cost for a messy area is higher, and we want to keep our costs down to keep our fees affordable for all members.
Additionally, we must remind you that eating and drinking are not allowed in the kids area. We have found mouldy food on multiple occasions, and this poses a serious health and safety risk. We want to ensure that all children who visit the kids area are safe and healthy, and we urge you to please adhere to these rules.
The kids area is a shared space for everyone to enjoy, and we want to continue providing this space for children to play and have fun. However, when it is not kept clean and safe, it becomes a concern for us. We do not want to consider the possibility of getting rid of the kids area because it is such an important part of the club for our younger members.
